Go to: https://petportal.vet/fox-valley-animal-medical-center

Please note that the portal is not compatible with certain browsers, for best results please use Google Chrome

Click “Login to Pet Portal”

Enter the email, name & phone number that is used as the PRIMARY contact on your account

An email will send to the email on file with a verification code
The email will be from “notifications@shepherd.vet”

Enter the code and you’re in!

Once you’re in the portal you can upload “profile photos” of your pets, see upcoming appointments, check vaccine due dates, and see/pay any outstanding bills; Once we are further established in our new software, you’ll be able to see current prescriptions and refills available as well as request them- please note that at this time we may not have all scripts entered/uploaded and you may still need to call for them
